This tool stores Travel Pics Game player and submission data so logged-in Discord users can compare map submissions when the relevant player has explicitly shared that data with them.

Data processed

The system may store Discord IDs, Discord usernames, aliases, game and tracker metadata, submission coordinates, labels, and consent settings. Discord login is used to verify account ownership and server membership.

Visibility

Player data is hidden by default. Users who confirm they are 16 or older can choose to share data with selected Discord users, selected Discord servers, or all logged-in users. These settings can be changed at any time.

API access

This tool uses authenticated API endpoints to load player, submission, game, tracker, and statistics data. API access requires Discord login. The API only returns player submission data according to the sharing settings of the logged-in user and the player whose data is requested.

Users who are authorized to view another player's exact coordinates through the map may also receive those coordinates in API responses. The CSV export setting controls the built-in CSV download button, but it does not prevent an authorized viewer from manually saving data they are allowed to view.

Deletion

Users can erase their active data from the privacy panel. A minimal suppression record is kept so the importer does not re-add erased data.
